Menopause and perimenopause apps that work with Apple Health: how they describe themselves
Disclosure
We make Hormone OS. This page is ours, so we kept to what each company says about itself, with the source, and did not rank anyone. A listing that does not mention Apple Health may still work with it. Check each listing before you download, because features change.

Hormone OS
Reads the health signals you may already be collecting through your wearables and Apple Health (sleep, heart rate, cycle, temperature), adds a 60-second daily voice check-in, and delivers a weekly plain-English pattern report with questions worth bringing to a doctor. Not a diagnosis. A pattern.

What to look for
- Does it read data your devices already collect, or only what you type in?
- Does it look across signals together, or one at a time?
- Does it help you capture what a sensor cannot, like mood, fog and aches?
- What do you get out: a weekly summary, a page for an appointment, or a log?
- Does it say plainly what it cannot tell you?
Where the approaches differ
Apple’s feature, as reported, centres on cycle patterns. Hormone OS looks across several signals together with a daily spoken check-in and reports weekly. Neither replaces a doctor.
Not a diagnosis. A pattern.
