Terms of Service

By using HormoneOS, you agree to these terms. They're written to be human, not lawyerly.

What HormoneOS is — and isn't

HormoneOS is a pattern-recognition tool. It looks at your wearable data and your daily check-ins and tells you when something looks like a pattern worth bringing to a doctor. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose any condition. Nothing in the app or its reports should replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions

HormoneOS is sold as an annual subscription via Stripe on this website. The founding tier ($49/year) is locked at that price as long as your subscription is active and is limited to the first 1,000 members. Standard tier is $79/year.

All subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time from the customer portal — your card is not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel after being charged, you keep access through the end of the paid period; we don't prorate refunds.

Your account

Sign in with email. The same email used for subscription is used to grant entitlement in the iOS app — there's no second account to remember. You're responsible for keeping that email secure.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Use it for anyone other than yourself.
• Try to extract other users' data via any vulnerability or quirk you discover (please report those instead — we'll thank you).
• Use HormoneOS as a substitute for a doctor in any situation where one would normally be consulted.

No warranty

HormoneOS is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and reliable, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of pattern detection, or fitness for any particular purpose. Our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the trailing 12 months.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the iOS app settings. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates legal risk for us or another user.

Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll email you. Continued use after the notice means you accept the new terms.
